For decades, we’ve been told that more interventions mean safer births, but the data is telling a different story. High medical intervention rates are NOT leading to better outcomes; instead, they are disrupting natural birth physiology and increasing complications.

So, what’s the solution? More education, more informed choices, more midwifery-led care, and a return to trusting physiological birth.

We need to start asking hard questions. Why are so many women facing unnecessary interventions? Why is informed choice still a battle? Why aren’t we prioritizing birth support over control?
