⚠️ Narcissists Create Chaos Out of Jealousy
When narcissistic people feel jealous, they don’t admit it — they act it out.
Their jealousy doesn’t come out as sadness or insecurity — it comes out as chaos, rivalry, and manipulation.
💣 They provoke.
They’ll make subtle comments, give backhanded compliments, or create situations that stir tension and confusion.
♟️ They triangulate.
They pit people against each other — spreading half-truths, comparing, or favoring one person while devaluing another — just to watch others compete for their approval.
🔥 They create rivalry.
They thrive on division. If people around them start getting along too well, they’ll find a way to cause friction so they can stay at the center of attention.
At the root of it all is jealousy — pure, burning jealousy.
They can’t stand when others are liked, successful, confident, or happy without them being in control of it.
So they cause chaos to pull everyone’s focus back to themselves.
✨ The antidote?
Don’t compete. Don’t explain. Don’t engage.
Their power comes from reaction — not reality.
