We are honored to have the Village of Oak Lawn as a valued client.
We understand how stressful it can be coordinating 90 firefighter annual physicals. Additionally, to have them completed in an accurate and timely manner.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you and all of the staff at Proven Occupational Health for the overwhelming success that was our Annual Physical process. As a new vendor for the Oak Lawn Fire Department and as a pilot program for Proven joining the annual physical world, I entered into the process as both optimistic and yet concerned if our needs would be met. From Day One, you and your staff have done nothing but epitomize professionalism and put those concerns to rest. Having the physicals split up into two parts was different for us but it turned out to be more beneficial to our members. The first part, consisting of the blood draw/urinalysis/TB test, and PFT's that were completed on-site here at our department went very smoothly. Your staff was extremely accommodating with their schedules on short notice as we looked to start the process as soon as possible. The second part, consisting of vision test/audiogram/EKG/physical assessment/vaccinations, took part a week later at your location and couldn’t have gone any better. Our members expressed their enjoyment of the process and were extremely happy to have been able to converse with your staff in regards to their lab results…something that in years past was not available due to the physicals being done all in one day. I have no recommendations or suggestions as to how to improve upon the physicals. The entire process exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with Proven Occupational Health in the future. Please relay my gratitude and praise to your entire staff!
