Yesterday I completed the last of my Reiki classes for 2025
I love teaching Reiki and as we come to the end of the year, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who joined me for Reiki classes in 2025. It has been such a privilege to guide you, share energy with you, and witness your growth. Your openness, curiosity, and compassion made each class truly special.
I’m changing things around in 2026 by offering both individual and group Reiki classes, so if you feel called to continue your Reiki journey—or begin a new one—please get in touch.
While I am here, let me thank those of you who attended one or more of the Calm Companions Sessions. I loved doing these and will be continuing them in 2026, so if you missed out this time, let me know and I will put you on the mailing list so that you will be sure to hear about them.

Calm Companions - Energy Healing Strategies for Anxious Pets and a Peaceful Home
Many of us are blessed to experience the deep privilege of the human–animal bond — a beautiful, dynamic exchange of energy and emotion. Our animals offer us unconditional love, comfort, and calm, often sensing when we need support. Yet this connection flows both ways. Just as we feel soothed by their presence, our pets can also absorb our stress, frustration, and overwhelm.

With so much uncertainty and unrest in the world, it’s more important than ever to release tension and nurture calm — not only for ourselves but for the animals who share our lives.

Of course, it’s not always about us. Our pets are unique beings with their own emotions, needs, and sensitivities. They experience pain, fear, trauma, and grief — as well as joy, contentment, and love. When we care for our own energy, we help them feel safe, balanced, and peaceful too.

To support both people and animals, Heart Centred Reiki has created a series of three online classes designed to help you reduce stress and restore balance. These sessions offer simple, practical tools you can use every day — for your own wellbeing and for your pets.

By learning to calm your own energy and gently support your animal’s, you’ll deepen your connection, promote harmony at home, and create a shared sense of peace that benefits everyone.
