But, as we grow, most of us tend to avoid mangoes irrespective of how much love we have for them. This is because most of us think Mangoes are unhealthy, full of sugar, and can make us fat.

What if we tell you - Mangoes don't make you fat?

1 - Mangoes have just 0.4gm of fat per 100 gms. Moreover, it is cholesterol-free.
2 - What about Sugar? Well, most of you think Mango is full of sugar, but it has 14 gms of sugar per 100 gm. For reference, your favourite oreo cookies can have up to 41 gms of sugar per 100 gm.

Chickenpox is a very common infection. The disease is caused by the varicella zoster virus. It spreads like the flu or the common cold. It can also be spread by breathing in a room where the disease is present and the blisters start with facial blisters or pimples and then spread to the rest of the torso. The infection has started at least two days before the blisters appear. At first the person starts to feel tired and broken. Fever, vomiting, loss of appetite, nervousness, headache, body aches, especially muscle aches. Children have a low fever but adults have a high fever. However, the disease is more deadly for children.
Tiny spots on the skin, red blisters appear after the formation of rashes. They start to itch faster. There is pain on the skin near them. These blisters start to look like scabies after two days. After nine to ten days, it starts to rain. During this time other blisters also form and fall off in the same way.
More healthy people recover faster without medication. But some weak patients have to go through a lot of pain. You should drink a little bit of water in it more often. One should eat simple food and rest as much as possible.
Acetaminophen tablets are usually given to relieve fever and relieve pain. They are also safe. You can also give it to children, the elderly or pregnant women. But aspirin should never be taken in chickenpox. Nor should any other medicines be taken on their own.
Home remedies also work to reduce chickenpox fever and reduce other complications. Boil half a teaspoon of glow in a glass of water, cool it and drink it three or four times a day, it does not cause fever. In the same way, grind Arjun bark, ajwain, fennel, pine, carrot in equal quantity and make four or five cloves. Then boil one tablespoon of it in a cup of water and cool it. Drink this water three or four times a day and it is beneficial for fever, sore throat, headache, stomach upset, cough etc. If the patient has only body aches and fever, then it is beneficial to mix equal quantity of Arjun bark and glow, boil one teaspoon in a cup of water, cool it and drink it thrice a day.
If you have nausea, vomiting, nausea, bad taste in the mouth, blisters in the mouth, then it is beneficial to boil two leaves of Tulsi, two small cardamoms, two or three cloves in a cup of water, cool it and drink it. Just chewing hail or sucking cloves also gets rid of mouth ulcers, bad mouth test, nausea etc. Just boil pomegranate peel in water and cool it down and drink it.
Most patients have loss of appetite, constipation, headache, itching, and body aches. In this case give the patient a spoonful of esbagol peel in barnyard porridge or lapsi porridge or semolina kheer or ordinary wheat porridge and give it to the patient to eat twice. Twice a day, boil a tablespoon of ajwain, arjan bark and glow powder in a cup of water, cool it and give it to drink. If diarrhea occurs, boil a tablespoon of rice or an inch of pomegranate peel in a cup of water, cool it and give it to drink three or four times.
Chickenpox should be eaten sparingly with salt, pepper, sweets and spices. Any kind of junk food, fried breakfast, tea, coffee, alcohol, sweets etc. should be avoided. Yogurt, yogurt, milk, lassi, peanuts, fruits, salads, pulses, curry, oatmeal, firni etc. are useful foods. Once or twice a day Little Milts milk pudding should be made and once or twice Lapsi porridge should be made. You should drink one koli yoghurt twice and milk twice. Eat salad or fruit twice a day. But nothing should be eaten on an empty stomach. Drink a cup of water every half hour.
Calamine lotion is usually used to relieve the itch of chickenpox. It should only be applied with a clean cotton swab. It should be kept out of sight. Even boiling neem leaves and taking a bath with that water does not cause much infection on the blisters. Boil two tablespoons of Ola powder in one liter of water and apply it all over the body after bathing. The blisters do not spread further. In the same way, grind half a koli oats well and heat it in half a liter of water. Then pour this water into the tub. Put the baby in this water twice a day. This water should not be too hot or too cold. You can also put five or six teaspoons of baking soda in a tub of warm water and let the baby sit in it for a while. This prevents the blisters from progressing and the infection from getting worse.
Some people with very weak immune systems are also given a drug called acyclovir. If the symptoms confirm that it is chickenpox, then this medicine reduces the discomfort a little but it will take the same time to recover.
Antiviral drugs are also given during pregnancy. This is because even a baby in the womb is at risk of infection. Chickenpox during a pregnancy of less than 20 weeks is also feared to cause damage to the eyes, brain and other organs of the unborn baby. Similarly, newborns also need medication as there is a risk of increasing complications in newborns and pregnant women. So be sure to show the pregnant woman to the nearest hospital if she has chickenpox. If a person has chickenpox at home, do not give it to any pregnant woman and do not let vulnerable children or the elderly go.
