PSA: We need ear wax in our ears! And definitely don't use cotton buds to clean them. Chances are they don't need cleaning anyway 👂

Our ears are built to clean themselves and usually do a pretty good job. But if you think your ears are blocked up, seek advice from your local ear wax removal specialist or audiologist.

It's the last day to book for Monday's clinic: 25th July! Remember you need to use oil in your ears for at least 3 days before your appointment 😊

Stay well hydrated if you are out and about in the sun today. Use a high-factor sun cream and don't forget about your EARS!! 👂🌞

Clinic will be closed this afternoon, but I still have availability for next week's clinic Monday 25th July 😊 Walk-in appointments are available for a quick ear health check - only £5!

Remember to check on those that might struggle in the heat today and tomorrow 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
