On our calendar every Monday we will have a new class, Dance therapy is ideal as it is a low-impact, gentle and customizable physical activity for any physical condition, Dancing in older adults offers comprehensive benefits, improving mobility, balance and cardiovascular strength, which reduces the risk of falls and chronic diseases. In addition to physical activity, it stimulates cognitive function (memory and attention), combats social isolation, reduces stress and improves mood by releasing endorphins

Finally after a difficult decision by our judges, we have a winner, Combes senior queen. She will be representing our senior community at our events, will put the crown on our next girl queen and will participate in our annual Christmas parade as queen of the seniors, help me congratulate Ms Nora Finner 🌹 Ms Maguie Leal wore an excellent outfit and took the place of princess, congratulations to all the participants
