I am a Trained Pranic Healer Practitioner, a Certified Life Coach, a Holistic Wellness Coach in training with the International Association of Wellness Professionals, a Certified Happiness Trainer from Yale University, a Certified Fitness Coach, an Adaptive Yoga & TaeKwonDo Instructor with a 3rd Degree Black Belt. I work full-time as Care Giver for my adult son, Nicholas and my adult sister, Peggy. I work part-time as an Adaptive Instructor at the Monon Community Center in Carmel and I am currently pursuing my own business to help others improve their positivity, called So Be It. So Be It offers products and services to remove negativity and improve your wellbeing. I offer various salt & tea tree based products to help cleanse your physical and energy body, as well as coaching and healing services. I do what I do because I LOVE to help others and I want to make a difference in the lives of those who are living with special needs, as well as all individuals looking for a better way of life.
