Over the past few years, I’ve spent a lot of time learning about therapies that support healing and recovery beyond traditional medications.
One area that has received a lot of scientific interest is red light therapy.
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light that interact with cells and may help support:
• reduced inflammation
• muscle and joint recovery
• skin health
• hair growth
• improved cellular energy production
It has been studied in areas like sports recovery, dermatology, and pain management.
As a pharmacist, I’m always interested in technologies that can support the body’s natural healing processes. That’s one of the reasons I’ve been exploring at-home red light therapy systems.
If you're curious about learning more about red light therapy or seeing some of the devices available, you can explore here:

I’ll likely share more about the science and research behind red light therapy in the future as well.
