But if you only had to be accepted in one person’s eye that is you 👁️

What if you were not here to please everyone and or fit everywhere

What if your greatest medicine was to be more and more wild with every passing day 🐅

I talk to my client’s and I see they hold so much fear around JUST being themselves

Because they are afraid of what will people think!

But it’s actually never the people, to begin with it’s themselves❤️

Sometimes we are so afraid to look within or to be free because we don’t know what that would mean, what will you find out, is it even something we are ready for?

But it’s in your wild self where your most potent expression, creative work & liberation lies.

Not in polished societal perfect you

Maybe today you can just accept your wildness 🐆

You don’t have to share it or show it to anyone.

Just accept one thing your wild self loves and maybe celebrate it a little 🥰

I used to think good mindset and will power to work hard is more than enough to achieve your goals.

But it can’t be further from the truth, I feel there are so many other things which can’t be just changed through “mind” alone other dimensions of your being also need to be on board.

Like what?

❤️ Your health to begin with- if you are running on just sheer mindset and desire to work hard with poor sleep wake up and food habits, no amount of mindset will give you the long term quality energy to put towards your goals.

❤️ Your self image - Do you really “feel” good in how you look, speak, how people preview you treat you. These are not superficial things if they were you won’t have trillion dollar beauty & fashion industry.

I am not saying you need to be perfect looking, I am saying self image matters and having a positive healthy helps your confidence a lot.

❤️ What are you spending your day at?

It’s very important that what you are doing with your day really makes you feel fulfilled, you feel that you are adding meaning to your own life or/and some way adding to the world.

❤️ Your reaction to things-

The way you react to life circumstances depends on how well you can feel and regulate your emotions you can keep saying I am “calm” I am “unwavering” but what actually happens when you are met with undesirable circumstance?

These things can’t be hacked by mindset, atleast not in a long term sustainable way.

You have to make courageous choices & significant shifts in your daily lifestyle habits, which will make you FEEL different not just THINK different ❤️

About to drop something epic to help entrepreneurs make a significant frequency shift so they can finally build success and contribute to do so without burning out 🥰

Weird thought right? But sometimes India can feel like… a lot.

As it was 15th August (independence day) perhaps something in the air that reflection led me deeper: why do I really think that?

It hit me - Just the sheer amount of damage colonialism caused to India.

I mean we still to some degree are recovering.

❤️‍🩹 Millions of lives taken

😔Land & resources which were exploited & extracted

😮‍💨Division of culture, tradition and heritage

🇮🇳Such deep wounding in our self identity at personal and patriotic level

I mean crumbs of that I STILL FEEL in my cells and have to confront and work on.

But, I am so proud the way India came back, I mean to begin with India is now 4th largest economy.

With such strong emotional, spiritual and historic & technological fabric if you really think about it, it’s an unstoppable force.

At an individual level and global level.

Each year my respect grows for this amazing land.

From spirituality
To music
To dance
To fabric
To food
To people
To warmth

India just slams in every freaking way.

This country and people here are such a force and I am so proud that I was born here and a part of it is coded in my DNA ❤️

4 types of Millet Ladoo with ghee!

So tasty & such a healthy snack full of anti oxidants, protein and fiber.

With my son being 9 years demands for snacks and sweets.

And I somehow find healthy alternatives pretty much everytime.

Normal cake becomes - almond and millet cake

Normal ladoo becomes - Millet, chickpea flour and ghee

Same with cookies

I love when his response is wow mum that’s soooo good 😊

Little bit of extra effort so much happiness ❤️

It’s time for 10 times more unfiltered me.

To where I was 13 years ago, not so confident, to where I am now it feels like I am totally a different person.

I am so proud of my evolution, I am so proud of the level of self honouring I embody.

BUT still there is still parts of me I pull back.

A slight tug, a resistance

Parts of me that I quietly self censor
Thinking maybe I am too much
Opinions & thoughts I feel are irrelevant to my “business” & “brand”

I am ready to bring more of me to the board.

I think a lot
I do a lot
I also talk alot

Actually I am alot

And I love that about me 🥰

And I am ready to own that even more

Why?

First, To feel more liberated within me and my expression.

Secondly, With a hope that someone out there might decide to celebrate themselves even more, the whole spectrum, specially the “too much” the quirky bits ❤️

🥂 to next level of depth, exploration & liberation 🤗
