Take 4 deep breaths breathing in through your nose like your smelling flowers and out through your mouth like your blowing out candles.

Some days are just regular. Then some days you see heros and witness miracles, yesterday was one of those days!

Teri has been on a quest for a kidney due to a disease she was born with. Her hero Jen came forward and through a cross donation program were able to match with a pair at UCLA In California.

Donna was able to be there to administer reiki for Teri for her surgery. Teri and Jen are both doing amazing.

Holistic medicine is just as important as traditional medicine to promote relaxation, reduce stress, anxiety, pain, and fatigue. Reiki is supporting overall well-being alongside conventional treatments, especially in cancer care, surgery recovery, and chronic conditions, by elevating the patients mood and enhancing the body's natural healing.

Its the Cold full moon!

This begins the reflection of the time of the long, cold nights of deep winter that settles over the northern hemisphere.
During this time we have time to be still and reflect. This is a good time to look deep into ourselves.
