When the world outside is in disarray and chaos abounds, it is vital that you live the life you dream of in your own little bubble. Make the world you want. Kindness, love, patience, acceptance and care. Throw it around like confetti and create the world you will not see on the news. You cannot fix the world or change everyone’s mind but you can BE the peace you seek. And it is beyond vital that you do. It spreads like ever increasing ripples outwards and will find those like-hearted souls you need to reach. When the world is in unrest, be the peace you seek.

We are heading towards the summer solstice or longest day. With that in mind I have created a new Summer Solstice Treatment. A special time for many, a mark of new beginnings.

Treatment includes a 15 minute head massage 15 minute foot massage, followed by a 30 minute chakra realignment treatment using reiki and crystals.

It is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face, and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. Wishing everyone a happy bank holiday.

With the pollen count rising as the weather warms up it may be good to know if you suffer with hayfever that acupuncture can help.
