Happy International Day of Persons With Disability 2025 to the entire PWD Community. Proclaimed by the United Nations in 1992, this day serves to promote awareness and support for the rights, dignity, and well-being of persons with disabilities.

We hope the PWD logo will be changed. As we continuously advocate, "Not all Disabilities are Visible," the logo must represent the entire spectrum of disabilities and be inclusive.

Art can be a therapeutic outlet that helps manage ADHD symptoms. ADHD traits like creative thinking, hyperfocus, and risk-taking can fuel artistic expression. Creating art can help people with ADHD channel their energy, reduce stress, and express emotions that are hard to verbalize. Art therapy can also improve focus, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.
