11,300 PEOPLE DIED SINCE SUNDAY in one city.
You did not read that number wrong.
Another 10,000 are missing.
In Derna, Libya, flooding caused two dams to burst and it destroyed 2 square miles of land, a port, five bridges, and 2217 buildings.
That is almost four 9/11s.
People are people everywhere. And this is beyond tragic.
