Another 10,000 are missing.

In Derna, Libya, flooding caused two dams to burst and it destroyed 2 square miles of land, a port, five bridges, and 2217 buildings.

That is almost four 9/11s.

People are people everywhere. And this is beyond tragic.

“What to Talk About - I’m Exhausted - Too Much Global Dystopia”

I am overwhelmed! Holy Smokes!!

I don’t believe, there has ever been a time in recent history, when there has been such universal dysfunction in America, National Derisiveness and Global Unrest.

Here’s a brief list of critical issues to address:

TRUMP INDICTMENTS- From Republicans at the Iowa State Fair: “Too many Trump entanglements, it’s time to move on.”

DEMOCRATIC PARTY - What IS your platform? Just write it down!! It’s an Enigma! Just Do It !!

REPUBLICAN PARTY - There are TWO. One respects Constitutional Law. The other doesn’t. I am a . I’m the former.

HEALTHCARE - Nurses and Doctors are quitting in DROVES! “Houston, we have a problem.” American healthcare has the highest Preventable/Avoidable Mortality Rate on Planet Earth. Yet, we spend TWICE the $$$ on Administrative Costs of our closest Country Healthcare System. America 1st? Yup. Sad.

PAINKILLERS - OxyContin was determined to be ADDICTIVE Decades Ago. Manipulative sales marketing was based on lies. Today, 30 years later, the Corporate Family Owners who masterminded this FRAUD Strategy, have yet to be prosecuted. Who called off the DOJ Prosecution? Rudy Giuliani. YEAH. Great guy.

FIRES IN HAWAII - The early warning sirens were NEVER ACTIVATED. The Director of Emergency Response had ZERO Disaster Experience, yet was hired ABOVE 40 applicants with greater experience. Political favors? Hmmm… NOW: Haphazard disaster incoordination is IMPEDING rescues. Someone’s going to jail. A projected 2,000 are confirmed dead or missing & presumed dead.

GLOBAL WARMING - It’s REAL. Time to stop denying. We are running out of time. Planet Earth will survive. Humans won’t. Stop talking. Start acting.

REFUGEES - Globally, fellow humans are escaping repressive regimes and war in Africa, Palestine, Israel, Ukraine, Syria, Afghanistan. There are 108MILLION refugees globally.

It’s all so unnecessarily tragic.

In response to the COVID19 Pandemic, and Published Scientific Advice this Preventive Pro-Active Healthcare video series was created.

“Well With The World” is an international, volunteer-run educational video series to support people's health during the COVID-19 pandemic, put together by Dr. Brian Tobin and Sophie Ash, who are both strong advocates of collaboration for health education purposes.

“WOMEN IN SCIENCE - WHO KNEW?”

Don’t Judge a Book By It’s Cover - Hedy Lamarr.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the NETFLIX Documentary “BOMBSHELL”.

I had avoided it for weeks, as the title turned me off. I was wrong. Way wrong. Watch it.

It’s the story of Hedy Lamarr: Hollywood Actress and Brilliant Scientist. The latter, publicly unknown until recently.

Hedy Lamarr was a Hollywood actress and inventor from Vienna, Austria, who developed “Frequency Hopping” — The technology behind WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS.

The patent for this technology was granted as U.S. Patent 2,292,387 on August 11, 1942, for Torpedo Control, under her married name Hedy Kiesler Markey. Its ownership would subsequently be confiscated by the US Military.

Until recently, her legacy was nothing short of shallow. She was one of the many beautiful actresses, just as Vivian Leigh, (Scarlett O’Hara) who graced the screen during the Golden Age of Hollywood.

Yet, in reality, historians should write Hedy Lamarr into history books as one of the most influential figures in the field of modern technology.

Her last recorded comments of her philosophy of life are a humble tribute to her brilliant, incredibly humanitarian ethos:

Hedy Lamarr is a most brilliant scientist who developed in 1942, a game changing technology that revolutionized military abilities.

It would not be until 1990, that her brilliant technological contribution would be publicly reported.

She died shortly after New Years Day 2000.

Penniless at the end, she was never compensated for her invention. The market value of her invention today is an estimated $30 billion

Hedy Lamarr‘s “Frequency Hopping” invention is now the basis for secure Wi-Fi, Bluetooth cell phone, GPS and military remote weapons control technology

Her inventive genius was not fully scientifically recognized until 1997, when the Electronic Frontier Foundation awarded Hedy and Antheil the “Pioneer Award”.

Yet, her greatest wish was to be recognized for her contribution to humankind.
