The Exeter Police Department is proud to welcome Officer Braydon Grove to our team.
Officer Grove joins us as a lateral police officer and brings valuable experience as a military police veteran.

At last night’s Exeter City Council meeting, Officer Grove recited his Oath of Office with family and friends proudly in attendance. He has already successfully completed his Field Training Officer orientation and is now serving the Exeter community.

If you see Officer Grove out and about, please take a moment to say hello and welcome him to the City of Exeter.

This past Saturday, Eda along with amazing family and friends of Paramedic Allen Ray, celebrated his retirement at his favorite restaurant here in Exeter. It was such a wonderful night filled with memories and laughter. Congratulations again A-Ray and Ali. You both will be missed. A special thank you to the Mandarin House for allowing us to invade your restaurant for the night. You all were amazing.

FINAL LOG OFF! Our beloved Medic Allen Ray well known in the EMS community as A. Ray and his best K9 friend Ali, retired this morning. A. Ray has dedicated 36 years to EMS in the county, started back in 1989. He has touched many many lives in the communities he has served and beyond. Ali has been with us the last 4 years and started her journey in Exeter at just 8 weeks old. What an emotional filled morning it has been at the Exeter station this morning, A. Ray logging off 813 for the final time. Congratulations on retirement, we wish you and Ali the best. With lots of love EDA. 🚑❤️

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is warning the public about a new scam involving fraudulent requests for payment through platforms such as Zelle. Scammers claim the money is needed to cancel outstanding warrants.

Please be advised: The Sheriff’s Office will never request payment by phone, text, email, or electronic transfer to resolve warrants or any legal matters.

If you receive such a request, do not send money or share personal information. Instead, contact the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office directly at (559)733-6218 to verify the information.
Stay vigilant and protect yourself from scams.
