Life gets busy. Drive-thru happens. And the good news? You don’t have to avoid fast food altogether to care for your blood sugar. 🙌

The key is knowing how to build a more balanced meal, even on the go.

Here’s what I tell my clients:
🍗 Add protein (grilled chicken, beef patty, eggs = your besties)
🥗 Don’t forget fiber (hello, side salad or extra veggies!)
🍟 Limit to one source of carbs (yes, you can still have the fries)
🥤 Be mindful with sugary drinks (choose water, unsweet tea, or diet soda)

It’s not about perfection — it’s about small, doable choices that help your blood sugar stay steady and let you enjoy your life. 💛
