Our evolutionary biology shows that are wired to be blissfull creatures. 🔑 when we ask what makes you fundamentally happy, we think of possessions, people and experiences. And although these are keys factors, in reality fundamentals happiness is unbounded from experiences and circumstances, and instead has to do with an inner peace.

What is happiness, what does true, sustainable happiness means to you ? Unbound by materialism, belief system or rational/societal construct, what feeds your soul on the innermost level ? 🌟

In my experience, erasing limiting beliefs from the programed mind, has been a major practice to unblocking happiness/ peace / joy in my life. Subconscious reprogramming is very powerful and a tool you can find one way or amongst different culture called different things. From mediation techniques, breathing exercises, yoga, and countless others, may asist you in finding liberation and peace.
