There are many different types of massage techniques available to relieve stress, relieve pain, and create balance in people’s lives. To me massage is:

• a means to help people on all levels. Physically, emotionally and energetic harmony. It's provide a relaxing and healthful effect. It's no secret that each person is unique, so I select an individual approach, offering, depending on the tasks, optimal programs to get the desired result. In just a few sessions, massage therapy can, to one degree or another, relieve physical tension and discomfort, muscle aches, emotional tension and tension, limited range of motion and an overall feeling of malaise. And all without drugs or invasive procedures
