The Mood Disorders Research Program at Ben Taub is dedicated to testing novel treatments for schizophrenia, depression, Bipolar Disorder, and other various neuropsychiatric disorders. Other collaborative research studies in this program use a variety of creative research techniques such as survey data collection, neuroimaging, and neurocognitive biological marker assessments. Goals of the program include developing improved treatment techniques and educational research enrichment in the behavioral medicine field.
