09/02/2026
A lot has happened since I returned home in September.
These past months have asked me to slow down, focus on family, and truly get grounded again. It’s been a tender and meaningful season of reconnecting with what matters most and listening for what feels aligned moving forward.
After spending a few months at the Brownhoist, though I love the building and community, I realized it wasn’t the best long-term fit for my work or daily rhythm. I’m now happily settled in Ohio City, which already feels like home.
While I’ve moved out of the Brownhoist, I still have the space for one final month—and I’m grateful to share it in a meaningful way.

My dear friend Mark Common is exhibiting his work in the show:
May You Escape Interesting Times: Recent and Selected Works
On view through February 27
It’s a beautiful collection of landscapes, his Dead Tree Series, and Urbanscapes that invite quiet, reflection, and a moment of peace—something we could all use right now.

Unblocked: Move & Create!
I’m especially excited to be collaborating with songwriter and author Noah Gettle to offer a supportive, inspiring workshop for singer-songwriters this Sunday.
If you’ve been longing to reconnect with your creative voice, release blocks, or simply spend time in creative community—it’s not too late to join us.

Wednesday Evening Yoga
Our Wednesday evening yoga classes have had a few hiccups due to weather and building renovations, but I’m hopeful warmer temperatures are on the way.
If conditions allow, we’ll gather this Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
I’ll keep you posted.

Looking Ahead
I’m excited to begin sharing photos and stories from my incredible (and far too short) summer adventure.
There is still so much unfolding from that journey, and I look forward to sharing it with you when the time feels right.
Thank you for being part of this community and for walking this path with me.
With gratitude,
Theresa
