Hey friends 💙 Just a quick update:

I’ve been working through a knee injury these past couple of weeks, and my MRI confirmed a Medial meniscus posterior horn/root junction tear and partial meniscal body extrusion
Medial and patellofemoral compartment chondral degeneration,
Trace joint effusion and some cartilage damage. I have a specialist appointment coming up to figure out the next steps, possibly including surgery.

In the meantime, I’ll be trying my best to work my normal schedule, (Depending on pain tolerance) I’m waiting to meet with a specialist to find out how much — or even if — I’m allowed to work while my knee heals. I promise to keep you updated. I will still give 100% in my massages. I promise.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update—my MRI is scheduled for Saturday, July 26th, so I’ll know more soon about what’s going on and how to best support my recovery moving forward.

In the meantime, I’ll be returning to work after Wednesday, July 23nd, but not at my usual full schedule. To allow my body time to heal, I’ll be easing back in with a reduced number of appointments and shorter days for now.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support—it truly means a lot. If you’re hoping to book something, I’ll do my best to fit you in within this gentler pace.

✨ Important Update!

I will be closed April 26th & 27th while I attend my very first massage convention! I’m excited to learn new techniques and bring back even more ways to help you relax and feel your best.

🌿 May openings are looking much better!

Here are my available dates for the first two weeks of May:

April 30 (Wed): 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM

May 1 (Thur): 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM

May 3 (Sat): 10:00 AM

May 9 (Fri): 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM

May 10 (Sun): 3:00 PM

April is almost here!
It looks like another busy month for me.

I will be closed Easter Sunday the 20th and the 26th-27th for my massage convention.

As of now, I only have 2 Available appointments for left for the month of April. If you have preferred days and times, please book ahead. I do have a cancellation list started for each day.

There are just a few days left of 2024.
I won't be raising my rates next year. Yay! 🥳

I have also come to a point where I won't be accepting new clients. I will still be available for current client referrals. I have started a new client wait list. I want to be able to get everyone seen in a timely matter without having to work my days off or evenings.

I have about 12 appointments available for January. I also have a cancelation list started.

Thank you for all the love and support. I appreciate every one of you. I wouldn't be where I am if it wasn't for you .

Busy bee here 🐝

Wow, where has this year gone...

I just wanted to do a quick check-in to let everyone know I am about three weeks out. With everybody being so proactive and booking out until the end of NEXT year, I will be plugging in appointments in the empty slots. Please don't hesitate to ask. I have started a cancelation for each day of the week.

My days off will continue being Tuesday & Wednesday.

My weekends are pretty much booked out. Except for a few Saturdays at 3:00 p m (1/11, 1/18, 1/15)

I'm going to extend my Sunday hours and open up a few 4:00 pm time slots. 🌞

Time is Valuable.

With limited availability, and the recent stream of LAST-MINUTE changes and cancellations, has put me in a position to start enforcing my Appointment Cancelation Policy, effective immediately. Your advanced notice will allow another client to have access to that open appointment and help me keep the wait list shorter.

I understand that occasionally you will need to cancel or change your appointment. There is no cancellation fee for an appointment cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive late for your appointment, I cannot provide an extension of your scheduled appointment. The original scheduled service fee will be charged in full for late arrivals.

If you miss your appointment or cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time you will be charged a $25 fee. This charge will be applied to your next appointment.

If your scheduled appointment is within 24 hours and you realize you will be unable to keep it, please call or text 503-396-8616 as soon as possible.

The cancellation fee may be waived in case of illness or emergency.
