Interested in trying out some of the rituals behind Sauna?

Over the past few months our sauna guides have been learning about all things Sauna rituals and we are delighted to bring these to our locations soon!

Although they may look performative, Aufguss sessions are a great way to experience the heat and scents of a sauna in a new way.

Join us this Friday In inchicore to experience an array of sauna rituals from around the world in an event that will leave you floating. (bookings now available online)

While we finalise our build in Bolands Mills we will be announcing events like these at our other locations soon so stay tuned!

Laura, the experienced sauna healer who trained all of The Hot Box sauna masters, shares why sauna is everything and why this ceremony is so much more than just a sweat.

We are officially 4 years old!

Last month marks FOUR unreal years since we built our first saunas and brought it down to the banks of the river Boyne. Does anyone remember this old sauna?

What kicked off as a simple idea born inside a sauna, has grown into something none of us could have ever predicted. With six locations and a thriving Irish community, you’ve taken the sauna ritual and made it part of your lifestyle and it has been amazing to be part of that journey

Thanks for showing up, for backing us, and for being such a solid part of the Hot Box crew over the last four years.

There’s big stuff coming, and we can’t wait to share it with you all!
