Phase 5 Sport Performance and Recovery SETTING THE STANDARD WHEN IT COMES TO PERFORMANCE AND RECOVERY. Owner, Craig Tweedy, MA, ATC, CES, PES. People are getting serious about their training.

My name is Craig, and I am the founder of Phase 5 Sport Performance and Recovery. In the early stages of my career, I was a certified athletic trainer working at the Division I collegiate level for 15+ years. At this level, I honed my techniques and treatments to help elite athletes get back on the field as quickly and safely as possible. Now I am offering these same techniques and treatments to provide unmatched service focused on helping the body effectively recover while maximizing performance and preventing injuries. One of the things I love most about Northern California is our ability to have an active lifestyle. Exercise and training go hand in hand with this way of life. It does not matter if you are a CrossFitter, Big League Dreamer, high school athlete, or weekend warrior. Unfortunately, over time, all this activity without proper recovery can lead to overuse trauma or more severe injuries. These mishaps can temporarily sideline, or even worse, derail people from an active lifestyle forever. The problem is not that people do not care about recovery. Instead, the issue links to people in Northern California not having access to the proper equipment/treatment to recover adequately. Phase 5 Sport Performance and Recovery sets the standard when it comes to performance and recovery. Whether assisting those recuperating from injuries, keeping athletes healthy, supporting optimal performance, or helping anyone who simply wants to feel better and pain-free, Phase 5 is the answer. The standard doesn’t change.

So grateful to be out supporting athletes at the finish line.
We were happy to provide much-needed recovery with free assisted stretching + Normatec compression boots — always great equalizers for overused muscles.

Let’s go IU 🏈!!!
2012-2016 some very hard, grinding seasons. I still remember my boss my first day first practice “I need you to get out of baseball mode and get into F’in Football mode!”

Thought about packing up and heading back to my old job but stuck with it grinded my ass off and 4 years of memories and experiences working Big 10 football that most people dream of. Wouldn’t change it for the world, would’ve loved to be on a run like these guys but we had a great group of players and staff and so happy to see the success this team has had.

What a great weekend!!
Saturday:

🙏Thank you again to for putting on such a great event and to everyone who came to be part of it for these amazing families🏃

Thank you to everyone who came and checked out the tent for some post run recovery using the Normatec compressions and Cold Plunges🥶

The event went so well I even got to get to my youngest daughters Tee Ball game big shout out to Coach for corralling those kids for 3 innings and coaching them up!!

Sunday:
Day at the office and then finished it working on some great local boxers from 🥊 to get them tuned up for their upcoming fights🥊

🗓️Don’t forget to get your tickets for Cool April Fights 2 Saturday 4-19-25 and watch this young athletes compete. will be there once again for any work these fighters might need.

Even though I was already asleep 💤 I appreciated Coach Ramirez reaching out to get his team in and we did get in for a quick recovery session to get them ready for the rest of the week.

⛹️I’ll always push to accommodate the best I can youth sports recovery because I know how important it is and happy they take advantage of it. It’s just the Athletic Trainer in me.
