Sehat ka Safar is set to reach nearly 1.4 million people, advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights for women and adolescent girls in some of the most underserved communities. Funded by Global Affairs Canada and UNFPA, and implemented by Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan.
The UNFPA, Aga Khan Foundation, and Aga Khan Health Services, Pakistan team conducted a joint visit to health facilities in Gilgit-Baltistan, reaffirming a shared commitment to quality services, stronger coordination, and sustained government–partner collaboration. The team also held productive meetings with the Secretary Health, Department of Health; Secretary Population Welfare, Social Welfare, Youth Affairs and Women Development Department; Director General Health; Director Health, Baltistan Region; and other key stakeholders to further strengthen coordination and implementation of project interventions.
