You know when you’re carrying Christmas shopping back to the car, and you end up stopping halfway because your arms are done?
Or when you walk up one flight of stairs, and your knees let you know they’re not enjoying it.
Those moments seem small, but they can quietly knock your confidence.
That’s what our member Laurence noticed changing after finishing her 6-week Kickstart with us.
She said she’s got more energy, feels stronger, and things she used to find hard now feel easier.
Her breathing settles quicker, her heart rate doesn’t climb as fast, and she mentioned having a bit more bounce in her step.
The way we train is a big part of that.
In our sessions, you use weights that are challenging for you. You’re not rushing through exercises with light weights just to get your heart rate up.
You’re coached through each movement so it actually does something.
It’s the kind of training where you leave tired, but not wrecked, and you know the session was worth it.
