The one day course covers a range of components, including, 𝗜𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸, and 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲!

MT GAMBIER- tomorrow (Wed 28th) 3pm is available, there are a couple short sessions available (not for new clients) at 11am, 12:30pm and 1:30pm.

MILLICENT- Thurs 29th- 12pm, 2pm or 5:30pm and 7pm (message to book this)

Welcome to 2026! May this year be filled with joy, good health and lots of laughter 🤗

January is a time for reflection and planning, setting goals and generally getting organised for the year ahead.

This year will look a little different…with a few small changes and new learning. My days in Mt Gambier and Millicent will stay the same but session times and durations have changed. Not all ‘availability’ will be represented in the online booking system so please contact me directly if you cannot find a time that suits.

Why don’t I have all available sessions online you ask?? Well the benefit to being my own boss is choosing my own hours, how much and how often I work. It allows me to create flexibility in meeting the needs of clients as well as ensuring time for my own health and wellbeing.🤍

The best way to contact me is via text message. Phone calls are always welcome but if I miss your call please leave a message, I will get back to you as soon as I can.
