We recently had the privilege of conducting a comprehensive hearing screening for 55 dedicated employees at the Gokuldas Exports Euro Clothing Company campus in Nelamangala.

🗣️ Stuttering- Response Cost Technique

Response cost is a **positive behavior strategy** used in fluency therapy where a child **earns tokens or stars for smooth speech attempts**. When frequent stuttering occurs, **one token is gently removed without criticism**. The aim is to help the child **become aware of their speech**, practice **slow and relaxed talking**, and build **confidence**—not to punish or create fear.
This technique is **always used by a speech therapist** and combined with fluency strategies like **easy onset and slow rate**.

✨ Focus is on **effort and communication**, not perfection.
