The objective is to aim for 8 hours of quality sleep. 💤

Most people need 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night, of which 5 to 6 should be high-quality, restful sleep. Younger people need more.

Nights with less than 5 hours of total sleep hamper daily performance and raise the risk of long-term health problems.

Define your WEALTH STRATEGY, including associated goals and risk-reduction efforts.

Wealth helps define the boundaries of your life's possibilities. Thus, protecting and growing your wealth is essential. Be deliberate and thoughtful in defining relevant goals and objectives to enhance your financial well-being and reduce risk.

While it is often more fun to consider how best to grow wealth, give equal time and thought to protecting your wealth and thus safeguarding your family's circumstances. Examples might include developing contingency plans, purchasing insurance, or implementing improved safety practices.

✏️ Example:
Wealth: Use half of the annual bonus to accelerate mortgage reduction.
Risk Reduction: Obtain and mount fire extinguishers in the kitchen, garage, and shop.

Once your year-long plan is complete, we encourage you to print it and post it!

Save your plan electronically to a location on your computer, tablet, or phone for ready access. Print out a copy and post it prominently in your daily environment. Thus, you allow your plan to remind, inspire, taunt, and tease you to higher performance levels.

Note: Carefully consider the level of privacy your plan requires and adjust your postings to maintain confidentiality where needed.

Have you developed a comprehensive end-of-life plan?

By investing the time in putting together this plan, you’ll:

- Create peace of mind for you and your family, knowing that you have planned for their future and prepared them, to the best of your ability, for a time when you will no longer be with them.
- Improve the ability of your surviving spouse, partner, or executor to carry out your wishes with minimal effort and frustration.
- Preserve wealth based on legal and financial preparation and reduce the potential for lost benefits and support mechanisms.
- Allow for prompt action. While it may be uncomfortable to think about and plan for one’s passing, doing so can help ease the pain and stress your loved ones will experience when the time comes.
