💦 NEW SWEAT UNLOCKED 💦

This is me, in the gym, sweating my ass off (ok, it’s 30+ degrees, but still), training my muscles with a little extra weight.

💬 “But Soof, you are teaching so many classes, you don’t need the gym right?!”

❌ WRONG! Even though I’m doing a lot of Pilates, lately my body screams for something else, something extra. I had a couple of injuries in both my arms and knee which made me think why my body was ‘giving up’. Yes, I’m creeping towards the big 4-0, but eventually it all comes down to strength.

💚 My body is so used to the movements that Pilates has to offer, that it is not challenging my physique anymore the way I want it to. Training with weights in combination with Pilates is a perfect combination to stay healthy and fit and to be the best version of myself.

🤸‍♀️ Want to know why the combination is so helpful? Join my classes and not only will I explain, but I will let you feel it for yourself!

Please note that the rates of 22 Pilates Studio will change as of July 1st.

The changes are as follows:
🔥 1 Single Class - NAF 25,- (was 22,-)
🔥 4 Class Package - NAF 85,- (was 80,-)
🔥 22 Unlimited - NAF 135,- (was 125,-)

Everything else remains the same; the ‘4 Class Package’ and ‘22 Unlimited’ are valid for one month from the first lesson.

[CONCENTRATION] 🪷 Being mindful how the body moves is one of the principles in Pilates. The theory is that with practice, you will perform the exercises subconsciously by developing body awareness and mindfulness, not only on the mat but in your everyday life as well.

Learning about how muscles move and how muscles work is an interesting, yet very important part of the Pilates journey. In addition to the ‘standard’ anatomy classes, I continue to go more in-depth since it is so super fascinating 🥹 it’s why I love doing what I do 🥰

STOP procrastinating! It’s never been good for anything. Not for your body, not for your mind.
START now! Not next week, or next month. Take that lazy ass off the couch and start working out.

Whether is is walking, going to the gym or join Pilates classes; that first moment is always the hardest. Try to plan your moment of self care on a weekly basis. Try to focus on the only goal that matters; getting ánd maintaining a healthy body.
