💦 NEW SWEAT UNLOCKED 💦
This is me, in the gym, sweating my ass off (ok, it’s 30+ degrees, but still), training my muscles with a little extra weight.
💬 “But Soof, you are teaching so many classes, you don’t need the gym right?!”
❌ WRONG! Even though I’m doing a lot of Pilates, lately my body screams for something else, something extra. I had a couple of injuries in both my arms and knee which made me think why my body was ‘giving up’. Yes, I’m creeping towards the big 4-0, but eventually it all comes down to strength.
💚 My body is so used to the movements that Pilates has to offer, that it is not challenging my physique anymore the way I want it to. Training with weights in combination with Pilates is a perfect combination to stay healthy and fit and to be the best version of myself.
