When we start to shift inside we radiate outwards and glow, then the world around us starts to change drastically for the good.

This is our mind,body and souls vibrating on a different frequency or in other words leveling up.

1st step to leveling up is becoming aware of what it truly means to be confident and insecure, having these opposites clear in our mind and really knowing the differences really opens our awareness.

2nd step taking the time out to really get I touch with how we really feel and feeling vulnerable about what we are insecure about and the reason for it.

3rd step being aware of the difference feeling and thoughts we have in our day to day life and being able to identify what we are feeling in this present moment.

4th step making the decision to want to shift this feeling and taking action to doing somthing about it once and for all.

I struggled with low self esteem and when I think back to how my life was then, the insecurity controlled my day to day life and stopped me and limited me to achieving what I am truly worthy of in my life 💪😁.

With the help of the correct therapist guiding and helping me with hypnosis to over come the self esteem and limiting belief issue's I was struggling with,I can now live my best life and stand in my powerful power and take charge of my own life, destiny and dreams.

Honestly when it boils down to it we are the creator's of our own lives and by getting shut of what's holding us back will accelerate us like a rubber band shutting us in to our best life.

The dandelion is the only flower that represents the 3 celestial bodies of the sun, moon and stars. ☀️ 🌙 ⭐️. The yellow flower resembles the sun, the puff ball resembles the moon and the dispersing seeds resemble the stars.
The dandelion flower opens to greet the morning and closes in the evening to go to sleep. 😴
Every part of the dandelion is useful: root, leaves, flower. It can be used for food, medicine and dye for coloring.
Up until the 1800s people would pull grass out of their lawns to make room for dandelions and other useful “weeds” like chickweed, malva, and chamomile.
The name dandelion is taken from the French word “dent de lion” meaning lion’s tooth, referring to the coarsely-toothed leaves. 🦁
Dandelions have one of the longest flowering seasons of any plant.
Dandelion seeds are often transported away by a gust of wind and they travel like tiny parachutes. Seeds are often carried as many as 5 miles from their origin!
Animals such as birds, insects and butterflies consume nectar or seed of dandelion.🐦 🐛 🐜 🦋 🐝.
Dandelion flowers do not need to be pollinated to form seed.
Dandelion can be used in the production of wine and root beer. Root of dandelion can be used as a substitute for coffee. 🍷 🍺
Dandelions have sunk their roots deep into history. They were well known to ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, and have been used in Chinese traditional medicine for over a thousand years.
Dandelion is used in folk medicine to treat infections and liver disorders. Tea made of dandelion act as diuretic.
If you mow dandelions, they’ll grow shorter stalks to spite you.
Dandelions are, quite possibly, the most successful plants that exist, masters of survival worldwide. 💪
A not so fun fact: Every year countries spend millions on lawn pesticides to have uniform lawns of non-native grasses, and we use 30% of the country’s water supply to keep them green.

Once we realise that the bad things people may say about us or to us are actually not about us its about them self's we don't take things so personal, when you judge someone be aware of what you are actually saying and ask yourself if what you have said about them actually applies to yourself honestly.

Being honest and aware of ourselves and shifting that to a healthier behaviour is pure growth right there.

Awareness is key 🔑 😀

If you are struggling with boundaries this may mean someone in your life over stepped your boundaries way to many times with no hesitation or maybe your opinion was dismissed, with that you may feel worthless and not valued.

You may feel frustrated with yourself for not having the courage to say what you mean,feel and deserve, and this might be because you don't really know what you truly deserve in your life.

And you might feel if you was to stand up for what you feel, you may come across rude and people may dislike you.

Some tips to help you build your boundaries.

○Make it clear in your mind and make a list of what's OK and what's not OK of the behaviours you are willing to tolerate from people around you.

○ It is important to prepare yourself for when somebody may step over your  boundaries, think of how you will communicate your boundaries, one of the ways that has helped me is in a very polite,calm and relaxed manner, standing up straight, chin up slightly, say in a few words how you feel, ie...please don't talk to me in that way, it makes me feel _______, and if they continue then repeat it again and if they still continue then you could say please respect my boundaries.

○ If you have never stood up and set any boundaries with a particular person they may look shocked at first, let them, don't explain yourself leave it at that and let it sit with them, keep going and before you know it you have set up your boundaries. 🎉

○It is important to work on building up your confidence and yourself worth this will help when it comes to knowing what you truly deserve.
