the world we live in is made of 2 things, life and death, so all things that are born, whether physical or not, will die eventually..once we learn to let die, we will learn that with life and death comes rebirth, so once we let go of what needs be, no matter how hard, itll be reborn..so in the end, we never lost anything, that which we let go of just needed space so it could grow too, just like we need to grow

when you love someone, love them as a soul, dont get attached to the physical person/earth identity, coz thats the only way you can lose someone you love..then it hurts...thats why love hurts, so love in this realm isnt real love, coz we love the human identities (brothers, sisters, friends, parents, etc), and humans die, so then it hurts us when we lose the humans that we identify as the ones we love
