I promise I used to hate the scales too! One high number would ruin my day and I would instantly focus on that rather than training.. I would avoid telling people my actual weight out of judgment instead of asking for help…

This stems from fear of the unknown.. not understanding why my body weight wouldn’t budge even though I was “doing the right things”.

Frustration over a number that feels out of your control IS NOT how you want to feel during fight camp!

But the way to get this control back isn’t to hide from them, it’s to collect your data and begin to understand your body and your fluctuations!
