I know trying something new can come with lots of questions, so here are some of the ones I’m asked most often

❓ Do you treat men?
Absolutely! A body is a body, and everyone deserves a bit of TLC. I happily treat both men and women, and men are always welcome in the salon for sports massage appointments.

❓ What if it hurts too much?
Your comfort is my priority. Some people enjoy firm pressure, while others prefer a lighter touch. I’ll always discuss pressure beforehand and check in throughout your treatment. If you prefer gentler work—just let me know. I tailor every massage to your needs.

❓ Does cupping leave marks?
Myofascial dry cupping uses suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues. Cups may stay still or glide across the skin. It can leave temporary marks, but these are normal and part of the process for many clients.

❓ Do you work on under 16s?
Yes—when it’s for a specific purpose such as sports-related tension or recovery. I have experience treating young gymnasts, rugby players, dancers, boxers and more. A parent or guardian must attend and sign consent. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your child’s needs.

❓ Can I have a sports massage if I have a medical condition?
It depends on the condition. When you book, I’ll get in touch to ask about any medical issues so we can discuss them before your first appointment. This helps me determine whether massage is suitable, whether medical consent is needed, or if there are any reasons treatment shouldn’t go ahead. Your safety is always the priority, and we’ll work together to decide the best and safest approach for you.

Yes, absolutely!
My Tuesday evening salon appointments are in addition to my mobile service—giving you flexibility to choose what works best for you.
