The power of sound meditation is unlike anything I have experienced before. It had such a profoundly positive and immediate impact on my life, that I chose the path to learn more, immersing myself in certified training and in continuing to develop the skills needed to take others on this beautiful journey with me. It is a time just for you. To be still. To release that which no longer serves you,

physically and emotionally. Sound baths are an ancient form of deep meditation, that includes a combination of beautiful and powerful instruments played by a trained instructor, to take you on a journey within yourself. To help promote healing on a deep cellular level. There have been numerous scientific studies on the benefits of sound baths and more and more people are waking up to the realisation that self-care truly is a way to take back your power and live a happy and fulfilling life. Some of the many benefits of sound baths that people have noted are:

💛 A new space for those navigating the cancer journey in the West Berkshire, Reading and Oxfordshire areas 💛

The Restorative Resonance Foundation is currently in the process of registering as a UK charity (CIO), with a clear aim, to offer free, regular sound therapy programmes for people affected by cancer.

A cancer journey can be overwhelming, not just physically, but emotionally too. There is often very little space to simply rest, breathe, and feel supported.

Our work is here to offer that space.

We will be delivering gentle 6-week sound therapy programmes, allowing the cumulative effect of sound to support the nervous system over time, helping to reduce stress, ease emotional strain, and create moments of deep rest.

This support is for:

-Individuals undergoing cancer treatment
-Those in recovery or remission
-Family members and carers who are directly affected
