A little explanation of what Reiki healing energy is as I know alot may not know what it is exactly . Reiki is a wellness treatment option that originated in Japan and focuses on harnessing the power of spiritual energy. The goal of treatment is to promote healing in the body and improve the balance of energy by dealing with any blockages or disturbances in the flow of the client’s “chi” or “ki” e
nergy. The Reiki technique is also known as an "Universal Energy that transmits this energy through the imposition of hands towards another person. Reiki is a spiritual therapy that transmits vital energy for the harmonization of mind, body and spirit to transmit health and balance. Benefits of a Reiki Healing Treatment:

When the session begins I will have a brief conversation with you to discuss any concerns or ailments you may have. It is important you feel comfortable and relaxed during your Reiki treatment. For in-person sessions, I would advise you to wear comfortable loose fitting clothes. You will remain fully clothed during the treatment. I will gently rest my hands on (or slightly above) various parts of the body in patterns which include the head, neck, abdomen, arms, legs and feet. A warm tingling feeling, deep relaxation, and a peaceful calm are often reported by anyone receiving Reiki. There is no manipulation of the skin or muscle tissue. Reiki sessions are non-invasive and painless. During the typical Reiki session, clients may lie down comfortable as I the reiki practitioner assists to restore a normal flow of spiritual energy. To resolve issues with energy flow, I will than hold my hands over the client’s body or in gentle contact with the client’s body. I will continue to place the reiki specific hand positions used during the session, and each hand position will be held on each specific area until I feel it has been fully healed. The client is fully clothed relaxing on the massage table with a cosy blanket covering them. How does Reiki feel in both treatments Distance & in person? Each person's experience of Reiki is different. However, many clients report that they feel calm, peaceful, relaxed and even warm and tingly during the session. Some experience heat, see bright colors or specific images. The peaceful feeling will often last for many hours and sometimes days after a treatment. A deep sense of relaxation and clarity can be felt after only one session. However several sessions may be needed to allow the body to adjust to the healing energy and help bring fuller and deeper healing. The responses are always positive. What a Distance healing session involves :
Distance healing can be used for any and the same reasons you might attend for an one to one treatment. As there maybe reasons that you couldn't attend in person due to
not being able to leave the house for some reason, or may be looking for healing before or after surgery. It can be requested for adults, children, babies & pets. It is highly effective for stress, including exam stress, to boost immunity, depression, diabetes, blood pressure or any physical, mental or emotional issue. Distant healing can be booked for you, your loved ones or sent to certain situations where extra support is needed. Clients that have received distance healing sessions report less stress, increased clarity, increased relaxation and healing. All my healing sessions are tailored to the client’s particular needs and I use a lot of other tools and techniques as I would do in any in person treatment. For example, Pendulums, angel guidance, singing bowl,crystals and specific energy clearings. A Distance Reiki Healing session is just as powerful as a one to one session if not more powerful. I put my full & absolute love & intention into every healing session of my clients each & every time as I do believe this is the big part of my treatments & also with my own intuitive energy process of each treatment.
