It’s common for most people to think that as chiropractors all we do is adjust spinal joints. This is so wrong! ❌

Chiropractors have a strong background in rehab, especially if they make it their focus. I use my training in Athletic Therapy and apply this into my care. There is a misconception that you have to see a physiotherapist for rehab. Trust me, you just need the right clinician, regardless of the title. 👊🏼

I put a strong emphasis on exercise and active care when I create my treatment plans so that clients learn how to help themselves. Exercise is an incredible tool that some clinicians lack to use with their clients.
