That can be helpful, and it comes from a place of getting out of unhealthy patterns, which is good. At the same time, to really express yourself and be true to yourself, ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ง๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ญ. It is a gift to yourself.
Instead of a mantra, try to ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ค ๐จ๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ.
This is called "the zero point". You may find that ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ง๐ฅ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง.
It's ok to write them down, or to go back to the zero point.

Often people who get burned out, have forgotten how important it is to take care of themselves first.
When you also nurture relationships the way that works best for you, they will reinforce you being good to yourself, and vice versa.
