That can be helpful, and it comes from a place of getting out of unhealthy patterns, which is good. At the same time, to really express yourself and be true to yourself, ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐›๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ. It is a gift to yourself.

Instead of a mantra, try to ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ค ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ญ ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ.
This is called "the zero point". You may find that ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ง๐ฅ๐จ๐š๐๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ง.
It's ok to write them down, or to go back to the zero point.

It's important to be good to yourself first, and that also helps you put the right energy out there to ๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐›๐š๐œ๐ค ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ.

Often people who get burned out, have forgotten how important it is to take care of themselves first.
When you also nurture relationships the way that works best for you, they will reinforce you being good to yourself, and vice versa.

๐“๐จ๐จ๐ฅ: Check in with yourself using meditation, writing, or visuals. What is the right balance for you? ๐˜ž๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฐ ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ? 2018: I am the coach I wish I had 8 years ago.

Just found this labeled "Back then this was a good day Jan 2018"
My fatigue was so bad that I often could not move from my chair. I would budget my energy so tightly, and tie up all my motivations, dreams, and worth in what I could do with 1-2 useable hours a day.
I'm so glad I saved my own life, essentially with committed systemic detox. My useable hours versus immobilized hours are the inverse of what they used to be. Good days like today, all my hours are useable, and I've learned to integrate taking it easy with gratitude. I did slow yoga, ate a simple salad meal with spelt pita and dark chocolate dessert. I appreciated the clearer air and deep green shade of a tree. I'm home for the evening, going through files, and appreciating love.
I'm so grateful I have had all the help and support that I've had. I'm glad I'm here to tell you how much you matter. โค

It's wonderful that people publicly acknowledge more and more how toxic mold causes depression and anxiety. This is progress. For anyone reading pieces like this, please keep in mind remediation does not always solve the problem. Notice how she states that her husband does not experience anything, and is usually outside of the home. Avoiding an illness-causing toxin is more fool-proof than remediating it.

It was a devastating discovery for the 28-year-old newlywed and her husband, whoโ€™d sunk their savings into the home thatโ€™s left her drowning in a sea of medical bills.

I probably think about this everyday. More so with mass chemical spraying and application than anything else, because we havenโ€™t identified which microbial species are being killed or driven to extinction because of these chemicals, and how that alters the functionality of all species, including humans. I believe we can actually adjust for warming and higher sea level better than we can adjust for devastated and extinct microbiome that we have barely begun to understand our relationships with. I wonder if others agree with this?
