Good morning! We are finally back to being open today!

Unfortunately, we just sold our last jar of the Extra Strength Gummies. We anticipate to have them in about a month. Usually we plan our order ahead so we don't run out, but with the state of Iowa possibly changing the rules of the h**p program, we wanted to try and wait as long as possible to see what they were going to do with the rules. We do have plenty of original gummies in stock or the full spectrum oil to use in the meantime if wanted! We are so sorry for the inconvenience!

The H**p Bill that was proposed a few weeks, just passed in the House as of yesterday (3/12/24). This would put a huge limit in the amount of THC allowed in Full Spectrum products that follow the current 0.3% per serving guidelines. It is now going to be voted on in the state Senate and if passed, it would ban most of the products we currently sell and also limiting or shutting down many CBD businesses across our state of Iowa. This is definitely sad news and we are trying to contact everybody we can in the state house to voice our opinion. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! You can call your local District State Senate representative to voice your opinion if you would like. We APPRECIATE you so much and hopefully something happens to prevent this. We will update you all as this unfolds...

Today the state of Iowa is again discussing the H**p Bill regarding the allowed amount of THC. A few days ago, one of our state representatives proposed a limit of 2 milligrams of THC per serving and 10 milligrams per container. As we understand these currently new proposed guidelines, this in return would ban 3 of our 6 products, and also limiting or shutting down many CBD businesses across the state. This is our current understanding of the status of these new proposed changes. We will keep you updated immediately as we learn more. Please continue to sign the petition and also calling our state representatives to voice your opinion. We appreciate ALL your support.

❗️WE NEED YOUR HELP ❗️ We would appreciate a HUGE favor if you have the time (and of course felt comfortable doing so). The state of Iowa had a meeting this week to revise the consumable h**p program in our state to outlaw all the current THC infused drinks that are being sold around the state. The way we currently understand these new revisions, this would affect our full spectrum products as well, even though they have the correct labeling on a per serving basis. The new revised law would not allow more than 10mg of THC per container of a consumable h**p product banning the infused drinks, but also every full spectrum product in the state that has 10 mg of THC or more (products that follow the current less then 0.3% per serving guidelines). This new bill would shut down or limit operations of almost every small business across the state that carries these type of full spectrum products. There is a petition to sign if you oppose these new rules and we would most definitely appreciate it. The new bill does address some very key points that need changed, including age limits for purchase etc., but would ban responsibly labeled products that a lot of individuals and medical patients depend on.

It is important to have some of these revisions made, but with all the changes that are currently on the table, this would do more harm than good to small businesses. The state responsibly needs to revise some of these changes that need to be made while also not affecting current products that follow all the current guidelines that are in place.
