🌷🌸💕 Mothering the Mother 💕🌸🌷

It was a joy and honour to hold this space for women as they ride the beautiful, yet bumpy waves of postpartum and meet the wisdom and resilience within this new version of themselves, post-birth.

✨ The evening consisted of a Women's circle, journalling, restorative Post-Natal Yoga & Guided Meditation and was a chance for Mother's to acknowledge themselves in all they have and are achieving, as they wear the hat of a new Mother.

✨ If you are a new Mother in the Bromsgrove area and you feel the call to sit in a supportive circle of sisters, there are currently a few spaces for June!

Mother's Day 💐🌺🌷💕

A day to celebrate this beautiful role in all its overwhelming joys and challenges; its neverending heart-bursting moments and the absolute whirlwind of highs, lows and everything in between, which makes up the blessing of raising our children.

To all the Mothers, soon-to-be Mothers, wishing-to-be Mothers, grieving Mothers, those who have lost Mothers, those who never knew their Mothers and all other Mother figures out there, this is the day to celebrate YOU and all that you are and do 🌺💝

It will soon be 5 years since I was blessed as a Mother; a role which immediately humbled and tested me like nothing else I had ever experienced- and still continues to do so, as a mama now to 3! Our children teach us so much about ourselves, day-in, day-out. They shine a mirror upto our imperfections and the ways in which we need to heal, in order to show up as the best version of ourselves for them each day.

So much love & gratitude to my little Earth-sign trio and the resilience and compassion they have instilled in me. I wouldn't be who I am today without their soul wisdom and the growth they've inspired me to achieve ❤️❤️❤️

💕🌸🌺 Latest in-person offering for Mothers 🌺🌸💕

I'm passionate about supporting new Mothers on their journey into Matrescence and about using a combination of healing modalities to do just that.

Starting in April, on the first Wednesday of every month, I will be guiding new Mothers (upto 2 years postpartum) in a 2 hour workshop, consisting of:

🌼 A restorative Post-Natal Yoga sequence, intended to bring deep rest, healing and rejuvenation into the Mother
🌼 Guided healing Meditation
🌼 Sharing and supportive Sister circle
🌼 Organic Herbal tea or ceremonial Cacao (depending on the lunar cycle and calendar)

These workshops are an opportunity for New Mothers to join and relate to one another through understanding, compassion and the chance to hold and be held.

This is an opportunity for new Mothers to temporarily take off their Mama 'hat' and tune in with their own needs on a physical, spiritual and emotional level. Healing after birth and the demands of new Motherhood is an all-encompassing and drawn-out process. As a Mother, we continuously suppress our own needs due to giving so much to our beloved children, but the need for a Mother to fill up her own cup regularly is vital for her prana (life-force) to be replenished.

In carrying out these acts of self-care, deep healing and acknowledgement of all she is carrying since the birthing process, can take place. Through this, she will become a stronger, happier and more powerful Mother, in that she has given back to herself and has been held and seen by other Mothers; those transitioning through the same life stage as her.

I'm so honoured to be able to help and guide new Mothers in this way 🙏🏼🌺💕✨

It was so lush today to see our prenatal summer ladies now post-natal and meet their baba’s 🥰 who were all very mindfully zen today 💛☺️.

I want to take this opportunity to thank our gorgeous for all she has done for our prenatal zenergy community and for all the energy she has pumped into all of her classes from her zen Yin to her powerful Ashtanga and into her healing sessions.

Megan is a super star 🌟 and beautiful soul and will be taking a wee break to give birth to her 3rd baba in the next few weeks.

We wish her all of our love and look forward to seeing her back on the mat soon (when she is ready). She is passionate about her prenatal and post natal classes so they will be back when life has settled down for her.

Still coming back to Earth after the Magic of this weekend 🤍✨💕💫

Teaching my 1st set of students the powerful healing modality of Angelic Reiki 1&2 🤍

Experiencing these undescribable downloads of energy again; but this time, actually facilitating them being downloaded into others, is something which took my breath away 💖

Words can't describe the sheer light and power which exists in this form of healing and the incomparable soul recuperation and cleansing which takes place as a result for each individual.

I am humbled by this spiritual work and the ways I am led and guided to help and hold space for others to navigate their own healing journey.

A humongous well done to my students whom the universe perfectly aligned for this weekend to experience the perfect setting for their spiritual development and soul understanding ✨🙏🏻 I am so proud of the levels they reached and the gifts they developed as they were welcomed into the Angelic Kingdom of Light 💫

Practitioner Level Workshop

This workshop is taught over 2 and a half days and imparts the unique system of healing that is Angelic Reiki.
Students are attuned to 1st and 2nd degree Angelic Reiki. Ahhhh the pure JOY 🥰 I feel from teaching my Pregnancy Yoga & Hypnobirthing classes each week at .

Here's some of our current pregnant mamas taking a beautifully restorative Baddha Konasana. One of the best Pre-Natal poses as it enables the lower body to be in an 'open' position; encouraging the hips and pelvis to become supple, relaxed and fluid: the ideal scenario to allow baby to descend more easily down the birth canal with ease and grace 🙏🏻

We finish each 60 minutes class with a gorgeously calming and empowering Hypnobirthing meditation and affirmations ✨💖 which equips expectant Mamas with all the tools they require to conquer the journey of birthing a baby and the mental resilience and strength that requires 💪🏻🤰🏻
