Since Roane described the Balanced- Force motion in 1985, the safety and effectiveness of K-files have improved significantly.📖
Today you can learn Balance-Force motion with RAMO MEDICAL.
✨a. Turn clockwise gently 1/4 turn to engage the dentin;
✨b. Cutting action: Counterclockwise rotation can safely withdraw the file without cutting force. The pressure applied to the instrument needs to be used to balance the retraction force, prevent the instrument from retracting, and cut the dentin. There should be a ”clicking“ sound as the dentin is cut;
✨c. Gently turn clockwise 1/4 turn again, the debris will enter the groove of the file, and the debris can be taken out of the root canal when withdrawing.

1. Create straight-line access to canal or***ce.

2. Gently explore the canal by using #10 stainless steel hand files passively scouting, initial detection the working length and record it.

3. Design an access to the root canal openings as a function of the anatomy of the tooth, with particular care to the smoothing of the internal axial walls and to enlarge the root canal coronal 1/3 with open file(350RPM, 2N-cm).

4. Use the path file #16/.02 with 350RPM,1.5N-cm to scouting the coronal 2/3, to make sure the smooth and reproducible glide path is confirmed.

5. Use RCS Rainbow One File #25/.04(400 RPM, 2.5N.cm)with brushing or picking motion to reach the working length.
