In my experience, the noisy people are the ones who are desperately trying to fill the silence.

The noisy people are the ones who are constantly busy socialising. Meeting up with friends, sometimes they're not even friends. Going on this trip and that lunch. Who cares who they are, as long as they keep you busy in body and mind.

The noisy people are the ones trying to avoid, at all costs, spending time with themselves, to reflect, to see themselves for what they are. To formulate a plan, a goal. Find peace.

I can say this about the noisy people, not with condemnation, but with love, because not that long ago, I was one of the noisy people. I hope they find time to be quiet.
