Our evolution infuses everything and every moment with meaning and purpose. As we evolve, life feels less random, until nothing seems random anymore. It is all serving our evolution.

Our greatest evolution lies in the rising into embodied sovereignty: a state where we learn to remain with ourselves rather than abandoning ourselves in moments of intensity.

We are no longer shaped primarily by suffering, but by relationship; by how we meet life, moment by moment. We learn through love rather than through separation.

This happens as we remember who we are beneath our conditioning: not the wound, but the one who can witness it. Not the victim, but the conscious participator.

We begin to respond rather than react. We move from survival mode to conscious leadership of our inner world: becoming the captain of our ship, the captain of my soul.

We no longer self abandon because we have learned our own inner workings, we have learned to know thyself. We now know better viscerally, from experience:
-Our nervous system no longer equates intensity with danger.
-Our mind no longer equates discomfort with failure.
-Our heart no longer closes in self-protection.

What a game changer that is. But oh how deeply engraved is that triad of protective mechanisms in people’s bodily responses and psyche.

For long we have learned through suffering. And we have suffered not because we were faced with challenge. But because in the face of challenge we have learned to exile parts of ourselves.

As our presence becomes stable, as our nervous system comes back into balance, as we recognise our sovereign power of alchemy, the ability to meet all experience without abandoning ourselves; we evolve in a new way.

We move from reactive evolution to relational evolution. We no longer move through life in opposition to it, because we no longer experience inner opposition. We feel fully, become more receptive and perceptive. We develop a new intelligence in the way we relate to life.

We are no longer pushed by suffering nor chasing joy, we are guided by love, sensitivity, and the creative flow which arises from still presence.

And we experience more of that which we see through.

What is there not to Trust?
The way 2025 unfolded like a magically human adventure, with notes of a new world, leaves me standing at a threshold. That of a new layer of certainty of the most certain: the unknown. We are infinite beings.
Every moment is a doorway, an invitation to soften into being and make space for the guidance of our soul to rise. The more we make space for the soul, the more it leads, and the more the divine expression of everything becomes apparent to us.
This year, one aspect which was presented to me more clearly, is the flavour of the gravitational pull in new encounters. There is texture, a reverberating historic (or not), attached to every person we meet, and our soul, our heart, recognises that unique flavour. Sometimes time stops. Sometimes it is clear, and sometimes we realise in hindsight.
Yet as we make time and space to be with our own self, to deeply listen, to feel; the spaciousness we cultivate becomes a resonance chamber where all experiences can be felt on an infinite level. In that dimension, we remember through resonance, we choose and connect lit up by spirit, we love all. For we realise, we know: If I choose anything other than love, if I choose anything other than to love you, that’s on me.

Have courage to live fully, to dance with your ego, to create a life you long to go back to, to open your heart, to live by the truth of the moment and Truth, to surrender to the changing winds, to create, to share.
And as you do, as you allow your intuition, spirit & intelligence to guide your intellect, you will be shown the incredible intelligence at play behind the perfection of it all. You will rest in surrender.
May we step into the threshold of a life surrendered to the infinite and the deep knowing that we only ever walk each other home.

On the Power of Love
There is no experience, however emotionally charged, that you cannot process through deep presence and receptivity (at times requiring professional guidance). The body, supported by the breath and your capacity to feel fully without judgement, processes each emotion as the neutral energy that it is, and transforms the energy of an emotion previously experienced as heavy, into a vast field of light. It feels like the spaciousness which follows the release of previously stuck energy. Expansion replaces contraction.
This light, once anchored, then feeds your radiance, magnetism and in turn amplifies your presence. You have expanded through and around the density of the situation. For there is nothing you cannot expand around.

This felt spaciousness echoes scientific findings: our cells actually emit minuscule light pulses called biophotons, produced in part by DNA and mitochondria; subtle electromagnetic signals that research shows play roles in cellular coherence and communication.

As we alchemise emotional energy through embodiment and presence, we may be nurturing these light-fields within us, restoring our coherence and radiance from the inside out. In this way, the expansion of inner light we feel when we release contraction is not a metaphor, it reflects the glow of biology itself, anchoring your radiance, magnetism and sovereign clarity.

Light shines through you. It radiates through every crack like the light of a thousand suns, leaving you sovereign, empowered and inspired to act for the greater good. That expansion of light is the result of inner alchemy. Imagine a hurtful situation or deep trigger. Now imagine that it feels like a fire ball being thrown straight into your chest. As you receive the fire ball, instead of resisting it, you are receptive to it, let it move through your body in trust of your alchemical power. And as you do, the heaviness and heat are transmuted into great radiant light and anchored presence.

That is what it means to exercise sovereignty. It’s an alchemical process where light is simply shed over darkness, resulting in genuine power. The power of love.

On the eternal. And Love. Eternal Love?

Every moment invites you into union. To yoke. Yoga. To find the eternal through the internal.
To recognize the source of our sovereign life force. To embody power and wisdom. To remember the fire of our spirit and the light of our soul, through the felt experience of being fully receptive to it all.
Yet our internal landscape can be so cluttered with obstructing debris. Derivatives of guilt, fear, shame. They can feel so sticky, dissonant and frankly…obsolete. They are just pointers to where the veil of illusion is still present, feelings are ready to be felt and emotions released back into the pool of potentiality.
It is the universality of our human experience which sticks; so even that veil is to be loved, for it unveils true compassion.
Through the internal, lies the eternal. Beyond judgement and polarity. In the frequency of transcendence, love is always true, cannot be confined or lost.
In our eternal, we find the power to burn away illusions and resurrect the fire of Truth. We free the love so we are free to love.
We live sovereign; rooted in our own power, walking as radiant, infinitely aware, all embracing creative beings.

On prayer.

Through meditation, we listen to God. Through prayer, we speak to God.

Prayer is not a plea, nor outsourcing your power.

You are not separate from God, you are a piece of the infinite. You are one with the source of all creation. It moves through you, as you. Through prayer we support the dissolution of doubt in the mind, we remember that we got caught up in the illusion of separation.

‘’Your job is to stop trying to be God, and let God be God through you. Your job isn’t to make things happen; your job is to be available to be open, to be willing. Your job is to say: Use me, flow through me, let me be an instrument of your peace, your love, your light’’. Wayne Dyer

As Michael Mirdad would say, it’s time to reclaim God.

The only reason why the word would trigger you is because of the idea of a personified God, the attempt of certain interpretations of religion to localise God, and all the unique projections that your mind would have on such an image.

Feel into your breath and let it take you to the infinite part of you. We are the point of radiance. When we start to have the felt experience of that recognition, we start to see the sacred in all, and everything opens up as benevolent, meaningful…as grace.

On Divine Union.
As multidimensional beings, we hold a power of alchemy. A power of transformation, of integrating the fullness of life through the body. Our breath and capacity to feel leading us to enough receptivity to hold seemingly opposing forces of what we might judge as light and shadow. Presenting ourselves to life whole and receptive ignites our power to express the light held within every circumstances.

As we stand in the middle of all things in our fullness, as we embrace the ying and the yang as two sides of the same reality, relinquishing judgement, allowing cellular remembrance to be more vibrant than the untrained mind; we exercice grounding and elevation. Stillness and dynamism. We stand in the middle of all things recognising the breakthrough of being a living balanced being.

As we stand in the middle of all things, we stand in union. We are the middle way. We are the energy vector. The carrier of the Divine. Balance within leads to ‘your inner self being more merged with God than circumstances.

That is Divine Union within. I my (perhaps limited) understanding this far. In our stability we emulate the fabric of all things. The stillness and dynamism. Call it masculine and feminine, but what makes it divine is not trying to live up to some perfect expression of masculine or feminine. What makes it divine is that you have touched on the felt experience of your power: feeling your vastness, and letting the inherent flow of life move through you. In that balance, you will be uniquely you. As intended.

In sovereignty, in mastery of our own life, surrendering to the unknown is the most familiar experience we get to have. And we get to have it, because we choose to have it.

Our alignment, our sovereignty, is the permission slip for grace to infuse the entirety of our experience through meaning, miracles, stability and vibrancy. And that simply is the expression of our soul mirrored back through our experience.

Our evolution infuses everything and every moment with meaning.

We are shown our limitations only so we can grow, grow in heart, in passion, in love for the unknown. Residing in the space we initiated our journey. In the realm of the continuous flow of grace.

Becoming the alchemist. The tuning fork.

Alchemising life into light, moment by moment, by being a still point of synthesis amid the dance of polarities.

It’s all fuel for radiance. It’s all a sign post to love.
Like Shiva, in the stability of our wholeness, we have the felt wisdom to turn poison into nectar and reside in the delight inherent in all existence: Bliss.

Your staying power
Your energetic coherence
Your unwavering receptivity to it all, known and mystery
Your breath, your body, your feelings, your faith

Those are your allies, and they all point to the power within you.

“The only sane attitude you can have towards the future is rational, surrendered optimism. Any other attitude towards the future is insane.”

Yes, the absence of peace, spaciousness and enthusiam is an alterred state of consciousness. An invitation to become intimate with our breath, our body, our heart, our power to choose and co-create.

I have been shown, lately, in new ways, new depths of understanding of my inner workings and a new perspective leaving my nervous system resting in the certainty of trust. The perfection of the storylines, mathematic, fractals weaves within the orchestration of it all, can leave no room for doubt. And it so turns out that the more we know and reside in the intimacy of our our heart, breath and body, the more the world reveals itself beyond the veil. As the miraculous frequency game that it is. “What is there not to trust?!”

And the same perfection orchestrates your pain and sorrows so you may open to new ways and depths of feeling, and finally remember just how multidimensional. and magnificient you are.

In my experience, all they say is true: you are your own saviour, we all have within ourselves the power to transform and transmute pain, miracles and the default, and it’s all a frequency game.

Anytime we reside predominantly in our head, aare being rules by stress and reactivity, great chances are that we are perpetuating the past. Whereas evolutionary choices and actions are available to us when we cultivate a state of inner alignment.

So what will we choose? the insanity of fear? or the courage to leap into presence and love? the courage to show up for creating time and space to cultivate what wants to arise from within us?

These time and prone to make a decisive commitment towards being non negotiable about retrieving our soul’s guidance and relating to each other as souls.

Do it. Do it. Do it. Let life in, through you, and realise that it is emanating from you, to the point where you erradicate all doubt of your energetic existence and your interconnectedness with all and everyone.

Feel it all and free the love that lives within you.

I am a Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) certified Kundalini yoga teacher. I trained in Triyoga London with my dear teachers Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Gurushabd Singh Khalsa and Amanbir Singh. I constantly deepen my education of the practice of Kundalini yoga with immense gratitude towards the ever-unfolding gifts it brings me.

I am also a Pause Place Practitioner and certified Spiritual Coach, working with the strength of love, presence and connection to create a healing and therapeutic environment of unconditional support.

I am a mother, wife, seeker, traveller, runner, cyclist, holistic health adept and reader.

I am on the same journey as you; that of a spiritual being having a human experience.

I thrive to constantly grow my consciousness so I can embrace life’s ebbs and flows with grace, gratitude and commitment.

I am on a spiritual path which has brought me great perspective upon life and what it means to live fully. My circumstances have taught me how to accept, trust, see, be, love and enjoy. My belief is that we are all spiritual and we can use spirituality as a very tangible tool to navigate life as it is; without having to escape from it all, but rather just finding in it a deeper meaning, a purpose.

It wasn’t always that way…

My previous career was in Marketing Management within a busy corporate environment. For many years, I lived what I considered a happy life, ‘’ticking the boxes’’, moving through the motions yet with an unconscious, underlying sense of emptiness and lack of deep human connection. These concealed emotions soon manifested into several years of acute insomnia, followed by anxiety attacks, which unexpectedly set me on a quest to find deeper answers and opened up my spiritual path.

I now am deeply grateful for my insomnia and traumatic events for having redirected my trajectory in life.

Kundalini yoga has and continues to change my life on a daily basis. Therefore sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga is a responsibility. I feel truly blessed to have been touched by this powerful practice.

My wish is for you to come out of my classes feeling empowered, renewed, calm and joyful.

I aim to be a presence you can safely let go around and dive deep into the life changing practice of Kundalini yoga.

I will deeply listen, get you out of your comfort zone just enough so you can learn how to flow, and surrender to the gifts life has to offer.
