And then p**f, it’s already Friday and we are coming up on October.

The year is moving quickly and my schedule for 2025 remains full, my next availability is February 2026.
I am incredibly grateful to everyone prioritizing self care and for allowing me to be part of that plan 🙏🏻 I am truly honored. At this time I have decided to take a break from accepting new clients, please check back for updates as that will not be a forever thing, I’m working on cloning myself 😉

Just a quick review of the cancellation policy with the holidays and such around the corner:

In the event that you need to change or cancel your appointment please text or call as soon as you are able, I will respond as soon as possible. Courtesy reminders are sent out 24 hours in advance, however, it is your responsibility to maintain your calendar and appointments, these reminders are a courtesy. Since the service times are reserved for you personally, a late Cancellation Fee of 50% will be applied to all appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. No shows incur a 100% service charge. There are no refunds for prepaid sessions or gift certificates. In the event a client is ill they must cancel to avoid exposing others. If you are unable to keep your appointment you may find a replacement ~ I prefer a full schedule over having to enforce late cancellation fees or no-show fees.

Thank you for understanding our cancellation policy allows the time to inform clients on a wait list of any availability. If you’d like to get on my cancellation list please reach out after scheduling your next session and I’m happy to add you 🫶🏼

As 2024 comes to a close I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude, thank you for the best year yet 💚

This little business means so very much to me. I cannot tell you enough how ridiculously honored I am to be able to provide a safe space for your healing, and to create an experience that makes every person who walks through my door feel seen and cared for. Being part of a community that values mindfulness and human connection is a true privilege.

Just wanted to hop on quick and remind everyone PLEASE DO NOT wear perfume or cologne to your appointment. We have clients and people in the building (hi, it’s me) that unfortunately are sensitive to the chemicals in these ~ even when I like them they give me migraines.

PLEASE do not wear perfumes or colognes to your session, save them for date night.
