‼️ SHAKE CHALLENGE ALERT ‼️
Goal?! 👉🏻 Replace one meal a day with a healthy shake for 14 days!
How to partake?! 👉🏻 All you need to do is grab one of our Q Complete protein powders, or Q ultra meal replacement shakes of your choice to be able to participate come 4/18! (Order ideally placed by 4/12!). We will then have a daily accountability check in. Just snap a quick picture with you and your shake each day, and post below the shake challenge post each day, which will be pinned to the top of the group every day of the challenge!
Giveaways?! 👉🏻 Of course!!! We will be giving away multiple prizes throughout the challenge, and of course to a challenge winner!
Fun & easy recipe ideas will be dropped throughout the week (lots of other Q products you can add into your shakes too!)
Make sure to go to the store this weekend so you have everything you need to make a yummy meal replacement shake starting Monday April 18th!!
