Our Mission is to accompany Dentists and help them to achieve sustainable and purposeful growth in their life and practice. We do that by offering individual and team coaching; helping Dentists become aware of the culture that currently runs their practice and whether or not it works for or against long term success. We also help them to see the possibilities,
build capacities and realize their vision and goals. Our Vision is to be 'instrumental' in creating a more authentic and purposeful world in Dentistry. We will become the leading resource for dentists in their personal and professional development as we equip and inspire them to make a difference. Tracy is an Integral Master Coach™ as well as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Ottawa, Ontario with 30 years of clinical practice. She works part-time in a Periodontal practice in Kanata where she continue to learn and grow as a clinician. Her mission is to provide exemplary service to her clients by increasing her awareness and practices in personal and professional development. She is married, has two sons and one step-son that are finding their wings. She is a learning enthusiast, dabbles in cooking, yoga and gardening. Kathleen has over 30 years of experience as a leader, coach, facilitator, mediator and trainer; worked with individuals, groups and organizations to help them be more able, resilient and effective in proactively addressing issues related to communication, conflict and change. She has also led and contributed to efforts to remove the stigma related to mental health and stress. She is a Master Integral Coach™ and a certified Conflict Coach with CINERGY™. She also has a Master’s degree in Public Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution, and certificates in Applied Negotiation and Organizational Development. Originally from Alberta (“a prairie kid”), she has lived in Ottawa for more than 30 years. She is married, has 2 adult children and 2 beautiful and amazing grandchildren. In addition to learning, She loves traveling, cycling and spinning, and aspires to be a yogi one day.
