Today I was going off to see my beautiful family members at a special event. There was a a start time and after getting caught up in traffic I was running late. 🤨 I was pretty frustrated at the drivers taking their sweet ass time when I clearly needed to be somewhere (can’t they read mind? 😂)

As soon as I got out of the car, which I’d parked FOREVER away from where I needed to be (see above …cars and traffic), I knew I had two choices.. I could rush and feel stressed at probably turning up to this event once it’s already started, likely disrupt people as I enter and generally make a bit of an unwanted disturbance, or I could simply not worry.

I chose the latter, and I took the time to feel the sun and the humidity on my skin, notice how my feet felt on the pavement as I took each step, and I saw these gorgeous flowers that could have easily been missed had I been rushing.

The old adage of ‘stop to smell the roses’ 🌹 rings so true. I was the calmest and most grounded I could be when I finally made it to the event.. and guess what? They were running late anyway, so my timing turned out to be perfect! I’m quite sure I was bending time as I dropped myself into these mindful moments on my walk. Try it out, you won’t be sad you did. 💜

Nature has this magical way of just knowing…
Knowing what you need to reset, ground and balance. And when we take these pauses to really allow ourselves to sink into the slow and the mindful moments, all kinds of healing starts from the inside out.

Do you know someone who could really benefit from a healing session, but might not have the financial means to be able to book in for one?

Then now is the time to put your best foot forward and nominate them for a Pro-Bono (Free of charge) 1.5 hr session with me. There will be two sessions for the month of December on offer.

I have given back to the community in many different capacities over the years, but now it’s time to offer my sessions to the community who might need it most. My commitment to supporting those who really need to the work I do, but can’t always access it is paramount to me.

The healing work that channels through me is deep & profound, subtle & powerful, and no person’s inner heart is left untouched after they have attended a session.

Some of those I assist are people who:

~ Are wanting to realise their own truth, life path and purpose with clarity

~ Are facing the challenges of significant life transitions, and know there is more out there for them

~ Are needing support to shepherd the soul through the sacred End of Life journey

~ May be feeling 'just not quite right' and just want to get back on track again

I will be releasing one session a month, and will keep you all in the loop by email and social media when nominations open.

My decision will be made in conjunction with spirit, will be unbiased, and will be based purely on the person whose unique situation is most suited to the work I do and who I feel I can help the most.

✨BEAUTIFUL SHARING FROM THIS WEEK 🔮

I was chatting to one of my clients this week about something that popped up in their session that was a little awkward and uncomfortable for my human self to resolve as being okay to say out loud.

As part of being a transformational healer, things do come up that requires me to share. Either a challenging question, statement or fact that a client needs to hear as part of their growth and ascension. It comes up to support the healings and illuminate so my clients can reflect back within themselves, looking deeper into what’s going on underneath all the ‘every day routine in life’.

The energy field doesn’t lie and neither does divine intuition and guidance, and so when I had to tell my client to observe when their ego comes out to play in certain situations, they were a wee bit baffled and didn’t quite know how this actually shows up in their every day life. I could see the cogs turning in their thoughts and witnessed how it’s so easy to instantly turn to judgement when we are directed to look within.

I explained that the key to identifying behaviours or reactions that don’t serve us is to come with a curious mind, like an outsider looking in. Being kind to ourselves is always paramount as we navigate transition, and let’s be honest.. we’re always in some stage of transformation and change.

So message for the week:
Be Kind to yourself
Be curious about yourself
And treat yourself like you would your own best friend

It will take you to great places of self love and self healing. 💟

As we allow ourselves to align with the rhythms of the cosmos…the forces that are so much greater than our own…we lay ourselves bare to embody the wonderment and awe that is
the unseen…
the unknown…
And quite often, the unfelt
magnetism and life force that drives all living beings and creatures on this divine earth we call home.

Take a pause, remember the essence of who you are, let go of anything you know isn’t serving you at this time, and truly allow gratitude to fill your hearts.

As the veil between the seen and the unseen lifts, and the connection between the solid 3D earth and the inter-dimensional realms that are all around us, become ever closer, we naturally become more aware.

More aware that there is much more than meets the eye to this human existence. As light body souls living this human experience, we can tap into the vibrational energies that support and surround us.

And as we dip our toe into these waters, which we inevitably do, we ask ourselves ‘What else?’

What else is there out there for me?
What can nourish my soul on a deeper level, to connect into, and ground me fully into a deeper knowing, a deeper trust and the stillness and expansiveness all at once that yearns in my heart?

Why I love what I do

I have always known that my purpose in this life was to help.

To help people seek a happier, grounded and more peaceful way of life. From a very young age I was aware of my blessed ability to connect with spirit, and have always been able to trust my ‘inner knowing’ that comes from intuitive guidance.

After being drawn to train in Massage Therapy in my early 20’s I soon realised there was so much more that I could do to help my clients aside from just the physical healing achieved from massage alone. I continued to study much more in the healing arts over many years. Reiki, Oriental Medicine, Dance therapy and Meditation, Psychic Development and Past Life Regression and Counselling were all modalities I was drawn to. Over the years my practice has changed and evolved to incorporate all of these wise teachings, culminating in powerful, grounding and balancing healing sessions that are tailor made for each and every client individually.

My sessions are based on love and gentleness, creating a safe, supportive and trusting space for my clients to blossom and grow to their full potential. The techniques I use are powerful and subtle all at the same time, addressing the physical and energetic body, as well as the emotional and spiritual, bringing about harmony and balance for each and every client. It brings me true joy and satisfaction seeing my clients walk away lighter, brighter, calmer and more connected to their authentic selves.
