Happy almost 5th birthday . Today we had a gathering at at Templestowe. , owner of, surprised us with a beautiful cheese cake. Thank you Su. Thank you Gillian Harvey for co-admin with me, Helena Kastanis and Darren Graham. G’s idea and work to organize monthly lunch. First Saturdays of each month we gather at Regretless - Low Carb Pleasure. Thanks to members for attending.
