Online Classes and consultation: http://online.hiyogacentre.com Founded in 1985 by Sharat Arora, a long term student of BKS Iyengar, the centre has become a landmark on the seekers map. From his regular meditation and constant study, Sharat Arora has put yoga in its right perspective as a spiritual practice to be used practically in life. The centre in Dharamshala has a unique architecture and the garden is a haven of natural beauty whereas the centre in Goa is simplicity itself embedded in an orchard with a variety of fruit trees just minutes from the beach. These 2 centres offer short and long term yoga trainings where a student can progress in all aspects of their life. Currently all Intensive and Yoga Teacher Training Courses are held here as the river and forest that surround it induce the consciousness to be meditative and go within.

Our longer courses are mostly held at our unique ashram, located in the heart of nature and reachable by a peaceful 10-minute walk from the main road. πŸŒ³πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ

The place is exceptionally quiet and created especially for yoga, learning, and personal development πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈβœ¨. It is surrounded by jungle and natural forest 🌴🌲 and includes a permaculture garden 🌱, a spacious yoga hall πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ, dining hall and kitchen 🍽️, and 38 comfortable rooms 🏑.

The ashram is also close to a river with private access πŸžοΈπŸ’§, offering a deep sense of peace and connection with nature πŸŒΏπŸ™.
