BUCKET THEORY:

This is a great way to describe how migraine attacks happen - a build up of triggers fills up the bucket (our bodies systems) then an attack is caused.

Migraine attacks don’t happen just because of just one thing.

To manage your migraine attacks it’s a good idea to keep a diary and help pinpoint some triggers that the you can work through to help lessen the attacks.

Migraine is a (mostly genetic) complex neurological disorder, it is not “just a headache”.
