📷 We’re excited to announce our new three-year partnership with Fujifilm UK & Ireland and Fujifilm Healthcare UK.

Making sure people in their 20s, 30s and 40s facing a cancer diagnosis get the support they need, when they need it is central to our mission at Trekstock Cancer Support.

And this new partnership will help us to reach more clinical staff and teams at major UK cancer centres – to support the patients they care for.

We can’t wait to work together, and capture this exciting journey!

To celebrate National Fitness Day 2025, we are teaming up with the brilliant to bring you a free online pilates class on 24th September at 6:30pm. This will be an inclusive class that you can take at your own pace and all you need is yourself and a mat (or towel/blanket) if you don’t have a mat).

If you are living with or beyond a cancer diagnosis or supporting someone through cancer, we would love to see you there.

We are thrilled to share that our very own Founder and CEO, Sophie Epstone, has been awarded an MBE in the King’s Birthday Honours. This prestigious recognition highlights Sophie’s unwavering dedication to Trekstock and her outstanding contributions to improving the lives of young people living with and beyond cancer.

Sophie told us:

“This honour is not mine alone — it’s a reflection of the incredible support, passion and dedication of the amazing team and community I’ve had the privilege to work alongside. It also shines a light on the many friends we’ve lost too soon, whose stories inspire us every day, in everything we do. I’m very proud, and so grateful for the opportunity to continue making a difference.”

We are so proud of Sophie. Her work with Trekstock and her passion and drive to address the unique challenges of those in their 20s and 30s have touched the lives of countless young adults facing cancer, providing them with vital support, resources, and an empowering community.

Yesterday I was one of the keynote speakers at the Fujifilm Health Forum where I talked about my experience of being diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer at the age of 36 and the support I was able to access from Trekstock during that time. Such a brilliant day with some important conversations about how charities like ours can help fill gaps in care and ensure that people diagnosed with cancer in their 20s and 30s get the relevant support they so need and deserve ~ Nat, Community and Operations Coordinator

A huge shout out to who ran the London Marathon 2025 on Sunday and chose Trekstock as her fundraising charity, raising £962. Thank you, Lottie! You’re absolutely amazing and we’re so grateful for your support.

As Teenage and Young Adult Cancer Awareness Month comes to an end we wanted to highlight the importance of age specific support and provision for young adults with cancer and those leaving the TYA age group transitioning into adult care.

We spoke to the brilliant about what life looks like for him as a 25 year old following his cancer diagnosis

“I’ve realised that most people at 25 are not thinking of cancer. Before my diagnosis, I would think of my plans for the future based on my relationships with family & friends, my career, my hopes to buy a house, typical milestone moments. Who thinks they’d get cancer at an age when most people think they’re indestructible. Cancer makes you hit pause on everything else in your life. I want to be able to connect with people my age who have been through this, as well as those who are positioned to support us.”

📸 We headed to a great Lunch & Learn about Trekstock today at Revcap, who are amazing supporters of ours.

We spoke about the work that we do to help support people diagnosed with cancer in their 20s and 30s and Ellen shared her incredible and inspiring story of life in her late 20s after a childhood cancer diagnosis.
